ANOTHER PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE

It may be too late, but here's an idea ...

CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE CUSTARD

Serves 6

6 Tablespoons sugar
1-teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 (15 oz) canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 (12 oz) can fat free evaporated milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed

Mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9” deep-dish pie plate with butter flavored cooking spray. Pour ingredients into pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
