TRAVELING

Spent most of today traveling - am in Indianapolis now for Thanksgiving.

On the plane my wife was looking at the Readers Digest and in theire health section there was an article stating that some people need to eat more in order to lose weight, especially more protein.

They reckon someone who weighs 130lb should eat 70g of protein daily.

Which is basically what I have been telling my members for quite some time now.

EAT MORE PROTEIN!
