I'm not too sure what I did to my right leg last week, but I figured I was over it when I went to the gym on Monday, but it turns out I just aggrevated whatever is going on there.
I was planning to cover 10 miles that morning, but after 7.5 miles running on the treadmill and 2 miles on the elyptical, I could hardly walk for the pain, so called it a day.
Exercise has been limited for a couple of days now, but tomorrow I'll walk a few miles on it and may also limit myself to walking on Friday. I do need to exercise, but I guess I'd better be careful!
