1 POINT BROWNIES



Here's a great recipe I got this morning, together with a sample of the end product. In the interest of my members I decided to do what any good leader would do and try the brownie before I posted the recipe.

Note for Weight Watchers members:

Although the ingredients are totally from the Core Plan, when core ingredients are combined to make something that is not core (like cakes, bread, cookies, etc) the end product is not core. But these are the best 1 Point you'll eat this week!


CORE INGREDIENTS BROWNIES


Preheat oven to 350


1 Cup (or more) rolled oats ground to provide 3/4 cup ground oatmeal "flour"

1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup Splenda

1 Pkt sugar free/fat free instant chocolate jello pudding (small)

1/2 cup fat free milk or water

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla


Combine flour, pudding mix, cocoa, Splenda, baking soda and salt, mix well.

Stir in applesauce, eggs milk/water, and vanilla. Mix well.

Spray 8"x 8" square pan with cooking spray, spread batter evenly into pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
