ALMOST FORGOT THIS

So, a study just out reveals that when more mature people lose weight, their memory improves. They reckon that regular exercise helps with that too.

From my personal experience, I am forced to one of two conclusions -

1. I am still too young, so don't come within the range of those who benefit.

2. This is a load of nonsense.

I prefer option #1!
