I'm in Orange County most of this week - back Saturday for my WW groups of course! - and it's been an interesting trip so far, catching up with some friends, having meetings and attending a conference too.
It's always challenging when I travel to another time zone, but one plus here is that I was wide awake before 5.00 this morning, so still had time to run even though there was a very full day scheduled once the sun came up.
