I TOLD YOU I WAS TIRED!

Went to bed early last night and slept 9 1/2 hours!

There are two key components to weight loss - moving more and eating less.

However there is another ingredient that is crucial to all-round health and that is getting adequate rest. Sleep deprivation is a major issue in this country, so while you watch what you eat, it's essential to make sure you sleep too.
