FISH


I'm not a great fish eater. The Brit in me only really cares for white fish, covered in beer batter and deep fried - but of course it's a while since I ate it like that.

A couple of weeks ago I saw tilapia on special, so I bought some, froze it and cooked some of it for dinner tonight. It was delicious!

Sprayed a frying pan with PAM, fried the fish slowly with some lemon juice and black pepper. It was not only tasty, it was healthy too. Six ounces of cooked tilapia is only 4 points - and that's a whole lot of fish.
