There have been a load of interruptions to my regular routine lately, but this looks like being a good week with very few interruptions.
Now that I'm leading the Saturday morning Weight Watchers groups, I'm switching my regular day off from the gym to a Saturday, as I'd have to be there at some unearthly hour if I wanted to do my workout, get home and shower and still be at the center for 7.15. A smart move methinks!
So I'll run Tuesdays instead.
I try to do five mornings a week and Sunday afternoons, logging a minimum total of 42 miles, which sounds weird for someone who was seriously out of breath just climbing the stairs.
