I got this simple yet delicious dessert recipe from a great person I'm getting to know in one of my Saturday morning Weight Watchers groups. It's ideal for people like me who would rather skip the main course and have two desserts instead.
Ingredients:
I 16oz container of fat free sour cream
I can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, drained
I packet fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding mix
Method:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour into four dessert bowls and refrigerate
Consumption:
Remove one from fridge and eat
Damage:
WW - Core or three points per serving
It is outstanding!
